The ISS World Expo was bustling with a record number of attendees for both days of the event! From those starting their business from scratch to customers looking to expand, there are great resources and networking opportunities you can’t find anywhere else. Our booth featured 2 of our most innovative all-steel, 24-minute assembly models. Visitors could walk inside each one and experience the craftsmanship for themselves. This year, we showcased the personalized options we offer by adding custom signage to the exterior of each container.

Catching up with customers (who are our friends) is a large part of the fun at ISS. Our current fastest delivery time ever and significantly lower pricing on volume steel is helping our customers grow their businesses.

We had record attendance at our annual Customer Appreciation Dinner at Joe’s Stone Crab & Steak in Las Vegas with more than 60 of our customers enjoying the camaraderie of friends together again. We had a great time thanking our customer’s for their record breaking FY22 growth and orders. What’s New!
The USC Walmart Rental Program is another benefit USC provides to our customers because we’re an official Walmart preferred vendor. Our customers have the exciting opportunity to rent their USC containers to Walmart every year between the months of August and January. USC will communicate with Walmart on behalf of our customers to secure rentals and coordinate all the logistics of the rentals. If you have not already done so, please contact us as soon as possible to participate, as we are already receiving calls daily from stores all over the country with container rental needs. Customer Spotlight: My Stack Box Storage
How did My Stack Box come to be?
Paul and Lori’s story began roughly 14 years ago when they started a company specializing in premium coated concrete, TruColors® and 24HourFloor.com®. Their customers, like most people, had years of belongings stacked in their garage and needed quality storage while their floors were being completed. This prompted Paul’s interest in the storage container business.
Why We Choose Universal Storage Containers
My Stack Box needed a storage container that could withstand Florida’s climate and after evaluating USC and other competitors we decided to go with USC the industry leader and inventor of the Z-Box®. Competitors had knock off versions of the USC Z-Box® but they were not as good in quality, engineering, or price. To us a really important factor was the extraordinary customer service that USC provides, it is heads and shoulders better than the other companies. Over the last 5 years, we have placed 12 orders with USC and are very happy that we selected USC. Besides a great product, the customer service can’t be beat, when we wanted a cool branded image on our containers, USC made it easy for us to have impressive artwork on our Z-Box®.
What makes your operation desirable?
Our customers appreciate that we’re family owned. When folks call us, they get someone on the line who can help them from start to finish; never a call center. We now serve much of Florida with a fleet of 750 multi-size portable containers.
What inspired your company name and logo character?
We were contemplating Stack In A Box, but went with My Stack Box since the containers are both boxes and stackable, as well as giving our customers proprietorship of their containers. Stax, our box character came from a contest we held at the time of the company’s origin. We had hundreds of entries and settled on the box character!
